i went to smart wireless center earlier to pay my smartbro bill, you know how it goes you take a number and wait for your number to be called. i waited 10 minutes then finally my number was called. The customer service rep greeted me and asked what my concern is, i told the guy that i will just pay my bill but i dont have my billing statement with me ( which is not unusual i dont think its normal to carry your billing statement like your drivers license ).
I gave him my name and other info he needed to pull up my account after a minute he handed a piece of paper with my account number, then he told me to pay at the machine where theres a cue of paying customers. I argued that i already waited for 10 minutes for my number to be called its not fair to get in line again just to pay, and asked him if its possible to make my payment at the cashier so i wouldn't have line up again. He said that the cashier only accept credit card payment. To avoid body count i went to machine and waited for my turn.
after pressing several buttons the machine opened its drawer and i placed my cash on it, after several seconds the monitor displayed an error message but my cash was already in it. It gave me a receipt saying that my bill payment was unsuccessful. I approached one of their personnel and told him what happened, guess what he told me?........ to get a number and wait for my turn!
